Luanda – The administrator of Viana Municipality (Luanda Province), José Manuel Moreno, last Friday said it is a big gain the inauguration of a Pre-University Institute in Zango II ward.

 
 José Moreno said so to ANGOP moments after the inauguration of the infrastructure by the Education minister Mpinda Simão.

The administrator underlined that “the construction of this institution is a big gain for the population of Viana Municipality, particularly those of Zango, a locality in whose population grows every day”. 

 He also said the next challenge will be the conservation of the infrastructure, stressing that since the government has fulfilled  obligation, then the citizens also need to do their part by taking care of the school, for the benefit of future generations.
