Luanda – The training of Angolan students like the case of the group of graduates that arrived from China on Monday “show the importance of the Angolan Government’s policy on training of cadres.”

This was said Monday in Luanda by the secretary of State for Construction, Joanes André.

Speaking to Angop at the Luanda’s “4 de Fevereiro” International Airport, while welcoming the students, Joanes Andre said the training of  the students shows the Government’s cadres training policy, adding that a country without skilled manpower has no future.

Engineer Joanes André said the newly trained graduates are an added value for the reinforcement of the technical capacity and supervision of works.

He said the newly trained graduates can make a relevant contribution to the maintenance and accomplishment of projects together with Chinese firms, in view of the advantage of their knowledge of the Asian language.
