Angolan students trained in civil engineering in China back home

Luanda - At least twenty-nine Angolan students, out of the 31 elements who have recently completed their training in China, in the speciality of civil engineering, returned Monday to the country after five-year training in the Asian nation, Angop has learnt from a source close to the sector.


The students, who belong to the Ministry of Public Works and Urbanisation, were received at  "4 de Fevereiro" International Airport in Luanda by the State secretary for Construction, the engineer Joanes André, accompanied by senior staff of the sector.

 
The source said that the technicians, two of whom are still in China for family grounds, attended training at Science and Technology University of Chang Sha in the province of Chang Sha, with specialties focussed on the fields of roads and bridges.
 

The specialists expressed availability to contribute to the rehabilitation process of the country.

 
Angola and China maintains excellent relations of cooperation in various levels, with stress to the field of civil construction in the specialities of construction and rehabilitation of  roads, bridges and railways.
