Governor calls on teachers for more courage and patience

Soyo - The governor of North-west Zaire province, Pedro Sebastião, called on teachers to have more courage and patience while lecturing their lessons, in order to better justify the role of trainer of the country’s future staff.

Pedro Sebastião, who led the official opening ceremony of the academic year in Zaire, said that one of the Executive’s objectives is putting schools near the communities, for deep reforms in the sector, in order to have a quality education level all over the country.

On the occasion, the governor inaugurated in Mangue-Grande, 80 kilometres off Soyo city, a USD 257,000 school of secondary grade, an infrastructure to host about 500 students.
