Luanda - The Angolan Government has made available to the province of Luanda more than million school kits for children in the initiation of public schools, announced Monday in Luanda, the provincial governor, Bento Francisco Joaquim Sebastião Francisco Bento.

The announcement was made during the formal opening ceremony of the academic year 2012 in Luanda. The event was preceded with the formal handover of 40 kits consisting in school bags, educational materials to children of several schools.

According to Luanda’s governor in case of verifying the sale of books, made available for free there will be strict punishments. The school directors are responsible for the control of the material distribution," he said.
