Luanda – The Ministry of Education and the board of the company in charge of Organising Luanda Trade FairFair (FIL) signed Thursday, in Luanda, a co-operation agreement for the periodic organisation of exhibitions on the educational sector, whose first edition is to happen from 4 to 7 November, 2010.
The protocol aims at consolidating partnership between both institutions for the organisation of the “First Fair on Education, Professional Training and Qualification of Angola”, and was signed by the minister of Education, Pinda Simão, and the chairman of FIL board, Matos Cardoso.
According to the director of FIL fairs, Suzana Gomes Pereira, the agreement allows to fill in an existing gap in the fairs programme, thus, it will open way for a professional and active life of youths, that might learn the opportunities and necessities of the national market.
On the other hand, the minister of Education Pinda Simão considered important the memorandum because in his point of view it will allow to show Angolans and foreigners what the government and partners are doing to improve education in the country, especially in terms of training.
