Lucala district needs teachers, classrooms

 

Lucala – The municipality of Lucala, 34 kilometres off Ndalatando, Kwanza Norte province needs more classrooms and teachers to guarantee the normal functioning of education sector in the region in the current academic year, opened on 29 February countrywide, Angop learnt from municipal chief of Education, Domingos Manuel João.


The source said that at least 28 classrooms and the same number of teachers are in need in the region.


The district has 21 schools which is insufficient to cater for 4,000 students enrolled in the province said Domingos Manuel João.
