Caquelewa community gains secondary school

 

Huambo – A secondary school with six classrooms was inaugurated on Thursday in the Caquelewa community, outskirts of Huambo city, as part of the 49th anniversary of the start of the armed liberation struggle.


Inaugurated by the governor of central Huambo province, Fernando Faustino Muteka, the undertaking will host 540 students who were out of the normal education system.


The new schooling facility is located in Caquelewa ward and will now be part of three schools where 5,000 students enrolled for the current academic year, in a community with 10,000 inhabitants.
