Restaurants chain invests Usd 5.0 million

Luanda – At least Usd 5.0 million have been invested this year in Angola by the Portuguese restaurants chain (IBERSOL) in the construction of the first KFC restaurant in the country. The venture is expected to provide 50 new jobs. Consisting of two units, one of which located in Cassenda district and inaugurated last Tuesday, the second KFC restaurant will be inaugurated in the coming days at Belas Shopping.

The company CEO, António de Sousa, said at the inauguration ceremony that from this moment on, the aim will be to consolidate the brand in the country's capital, and later expand  to other provinces.

KFC is an America- based restaurants chain that deals in fried chicken. "First we measure our acceptance, and then we will seek to expand to other areas of Luanda and other provinces," he stressed.
