Lubango – The Commerce minister, Idalina Valentem, last Saturday in Lubango City, southern Huila Province, said that her institution has decreased bureaucracy in the commercial activity, with the introduction of the integrated computing system for issuing licences.

Speaking to ANGOP, the minister explained that some of the previously compulsory  requirements for a citizen to be able to receive a commercial licence have been eliminated, such as the need to inspect the location where the activity was to take place.

With this flexibility, said the minister, the intention is to formalise the commercial activity of  thousands of citizens who are doing their trade in an informal way.
