Lubango – The executive director of US/Angola chamber of commerce in the country, Pedro Godinho, said in Lubango city, southern Huíla province, that American government released USD 120.0 million to fund projects of Angolan entrepreneurs.
The official said so during a meeting with the Angolan entrepreneurs of Huíla province, in the ambit of the visit paid by chairwoman of the US/Angola chamber of commerce, Jeannine Scott, to region.
The director said that the fund was released in four Angolan banks, namely Savings and Credit Bank (BPC), Angolan Espírito Santo Bank (BESA), BIC and Angolan Foment Bank (BFA), through a credit line.
The US/Angola chamber of commerce was established 21 years ago and it aims to promote business and trade between the two countries.
