Luanda – The chairwoman of the United States of America (USA)-Angola Chamber of Commerce (USACC), Jeannie B. Scott, is expected in the country this Friday for an eight-day work visit to the provinces of Luanda, Benguela and Huíla, aimed at reinforcing commercial ties between both countries, ANGOP has learnt.
According to a press release from the US-Angola Chamber of Commerce sent to ANGOP, Jeannine B. Scott will chair on August 24 a "Business Symposium”, open to the public and businesspeople.
Jeannine B. Scott comes to Angola to learn about the investment and working conditions in this country, to ensure that partnerships between Angolan and U.S. investments are established in the non-oil sector in Angola.
The purpose of the Chamber is to ensure the "long-awaited" entry into force of American businesspeople in the non-oil sector in Angola and support the country in the process of diversifying its economy.
