World Bank works to stimulate investments

Luanda – The representative of the World Bank, Elio Codato, on Tuesday here said that his institution is working to stimulate investments meant to improve the social situation of Angolans.

 

 

He said so to the press on the fringes of the swearing in ceremony of the members of the association of Brazilian businesspeople in Angola.

 

 

 

The Brazilian manager considered the oil sector in Angola intensive, which in his opinion contributes a lot to the improvement of people’s living standards. 

 

 

He said that in 10 years of peace the Angolan economy has been  growing satisfactorily, despite having also been affected by the world economic crisis in 2008 and 2009.
