Over two thousand fishermen receive micro-credit

Cabinda – Two thousand and 570 fishermen in Cabinda are benefiting from micro-credit made available by the government, through the Savings and Credit Bank (BPC).

 

The credit programme has been taking place in the last three years and is amounted at 4.5 million kwanzas, informed Wednesday, in this city, the provincial secretary of Agriculture, Rural Development and Fishery, João Tati Luemba.

 

Speaking to the press about the work of the sector in the province, Tati Luemba said that that the beneficiaries will refund the loan, so that the fishermen can also benefit from the same right.

 

The fisheries sector in Cabinda Province controls three thousand fishermen.
