Creativity and innovation should support entrepreneurship - Official

Luanda – The institutions involved in intellectual property and Government matters must focus on the creation of conditions for creativity and innovation to support
entrepreneurship.

This was said by the national director of the Angolan Institute of Industrial Property (IAPI), Barros Licença.

Speaking to journalists on Tuesday in Luanda, Barros Licença added this activity will eventually improve the quality of goods.

The official stressed that the national institutions involved should defend and promote the structure and organisation of the national system of innovation and intellectual property so that it functions as a chain, from generation of knowledge, its management, trade, application and enforcement of creators’ rights.
