Lubango - A programme for business boosting was presented on Monday by in Lubango city by the provincial department of family and woman promotion of the southern Huíla province.

Angop learnt that this is an initiative of the local government, Commerce and Industry Bank (BCI) and Millenium Angola Bank.

Speaking to Angop, the director of the provincial department of family and woman promotion, Maria Amélia Metódio said that the initiative aims at improving the people’s living standards.

On his turn, BCI's manager, Domingas Luísa, said the initiative will facilitate access to credit so as to finance their exploration and investments.
