Angola with potentials to re-launch industrial sector

Cape Town – Angola's Geology, Mining and Industry Minister, Joaquim David, said that the African country has basis to re-launch the sector, Angop has learnt.

 

The official said so while speaking about the day dedicated to Angola and other countries at international conference on Mining Indaba in South Africa.


Joaquim David spoke on the Angola's goals about the diversification of the mining activity, as the priority is to increase the diamond portion and later the production of other mining.


The minister also said that the country wants to prioritise the production of phosphate, gold, cooper, zink, aiming for the development of other sector of the national economy.
