Luanda - The creation of a Tax Court is among the priorities of the Executive Project for Tax Reform (PERT), underway in the country, reported Tuesday in Luanda the expert, Dinis Dungo.
According to Dinis Dungo, who presented to reporters the guidelines of PERT, the creation of this specialized court aims, above all, at speeding up the decisions related to tax issues free of criminal nature.
In addition to the creation of the Tax Court, the expert said that the PERT, a project that will
be implemented in five years, has within its goals the construction of the Superior Council of
Contributors as an instance of tax administration.
The presentation of PERT guidelines is in the framework of the seminar designed to journalists dealing with economic issues on Angolan tax reform, under presidential initiative.
The seminar is a joint partnership among National Tax Department of Finance Ministry,
National Customer Department and Journalist Training Centre (Cefojor).
