Luanda – The mediation actions of the National Institute of Defence of Consumers (INADEC) enabled the reimburse of AKZ 3.9 million, resulting from a negotiation solution of conflicts by third party regarding the consumption presented by 25 consumers of Luanda in 2010.
This information was released on Tuesday and it is part of a demonstrative abridgment of the amount refunded in the framework of the mediation actions carried out by INADEC in 2010.
According to what Angop learnt, the common complaints include sale of bad equipment or services, among others.
INADEC received complaints from the companies Toyota de Angola, Grupo Auto Expresso, Caluk, Lavandarias Press to, Ecoserv, Multiparques, Armazéns Pedras Negras, Casa dos Frescos, Casacon, TAAG (Companhia Área Angolana), Sadasa, Shoprite, Intermarket, Maquil, Atelier and Vankaite Computer.
