Caála – The seminar on public financial management addressed to the technicians of the local administrations of Caála District, in the central Huambo Province, was closed on Tuesday.
The event, which was promoted by the Angolan NGO Action for Rural Development and Environment (ADRA), counted on the participation of 30 technicians of the administrations of Calenga, Catata and Cuima localities.
During the workshop, the participants discussed themes on programming the General State Budget, the use of the financial resources and the revenues implementation phase.
According to the lecturer, Custodio Epalanga Albino, with this training the technicians of the local administrations will be trained to contribute to pragmatic ways in the development of the public financial management.
