Lubango – The deputy governor of the southern Huíla Province for economic matters, Fernando Pontes Pereira, considered on Tuesday in Lubango City the need to create strategies to pipe butane and industrial gas to the buildings and residences, so as to secure the
services to the consumers in the country.

The government official said so to ANGOP on the sidelines of a national workshop on the 18 regulations of the bio-fuels activities, which happened under the aegis of the Oil Ministry.

The deputy governor said that the exercise is intended to be more and more secure, given the rate of public consumer of these products.

According to him, this premise contributes positively to some aspects of the activities related to the value chain, such as storage and transportation, both in road and railway delivery system.

On the other hand, the official highlighted that that though the regulation of the gas activity is new in the in the country, it should be led in such a manner to improve the quality of supply and, thus, avoid eventual risk in transportation.
