Agriculture minister expected in Kwanza Norte

Ndalatando – The minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries, Afonso Pedro Canga, is expected Friday in northern Kwanza Norte province for a few-hour  visit, to check the implementation of various projects underway in the region.


According to the minister’s agenda which reached Angop on Friday, Afonso Pedro Canga will pay a courtesy visit to Kwanza Norte governor, Henrique Júnior.

The minister will also view the future dog pound and cattery and the Forest Development  Institute (IDF) professional training school, both located in Cazengo district.


The official will also visit Lucala district, where he will assess the pace in the implementation of  the poultry boosting project underway since December 2009.


Afonso Pedro Canga is expected back in Luanda on Saturday.
