Planning Ministry to promote training courses

Luanda – Angolan Planning Ministry will as from next September promote a set of training course to upgrade people that deal with Public Investment Programme.

 
The information was released by Planning minister, Ana Dias Lourenço, Thursday, in Luanda, while speaking on the sidelines of the methodological seminar about procedures and the budget execution, public asset, Planning and Public  Investment.


"Planning Ministry will promote training courses to upgrade technically all those people that deal with the investments process, to guarantee rigor in its execution", said the government official.


On the opening ceremony of the seminar, the minister of State and Chief of the Civil House of Presidency, Carlos Maria Feijó, said he hopes that ministers, provincial governors and other public leaders be able to master the main leadership tools, mainly the budget (OGE).

 
Carlos Feijó underlined in the opening methodological seminar about “Budget, public patrimony, Planning and public investment”, that despite budget, the ministers, provincial governors and other officials must master new laws about public investment regime and new regime of public contracting.

 
Reason why, he said, Angolan head of State, José Eduardo dos Santos, ordered to organize this seminar, so that, under the constitution, everybody understate in the same way about the legal diplomas, recently approved.

 
According to Carlos Feijó, if everybody dominates well the programme of public investment, it will be easier for the budget execution, and knowing what to do in terms of planning.
