The operation of the factory is ensured by 22 people who got their first job with the assembly of the factory two months ago.

One of the youths working in the factory, Lino Vaz Moreira expressed satisfaction because apart from wage he also gives his contribution for the province development.

The installation of the factory in the commune of Lepi 22 kilometres east of the district of Longonjo cost more than USD 10 million financed by the African Development Bank (BAD).
