Cabinda - A new beer brand, dubbed "Tchizo", was released in the northern Cabinda province, in a ceremony witnessed by the governor of northern Cabinda province, Mawete João Baptista, ANGOP has learnt.
The new brand belongs to the local "Cerbab" beverage factory and to the governor the label is a unique reference, since it highlights the cultural life of the Cabinda region, taking into account the historic importance of this region and its sacred space for the Bakamas people.
"It is a quality beer that we have just witnessed and we hope that it pleases the population, not only of the province, but from the whole country", the governor said.
On his turn, René Cardon, the director of the factory, said that the product was tasted by higher technicians from a Belgium university, and added that it is a very good product which is similar to champagne.
The firm, located in the Kabassango region, also produces beer brands such as Cuca and Skol.
