Huambo – The first edition of the Angolan Real Estate Fair (SIMA) will be held on 6-9 May, in Luanda.

This event is an initiative of the Luanda International Fair (FIL).

 
According to the CEO of FIL, Matos Cardoso, who presented the objectives of the event on Friday, in the central Huambo Province, the Angolan Real Estate Fair (SIMA) is an initiative aimed at contributing to the increase of investments for the development of the sector.

The event is also aimed at serving as a bridge in the relation between the government and private entities interested in the development of the real estate sector, both in structuring the industry and raising investments, so that Angola may be a reference in this field.

 
The meeting was attended by Huambo Province deputy governor for economic and social sector, David Barbosa, representatives of banking institutions and entrepreneurs.
