Luanda - The chairman of the restructuring commission of the National Private Investment Agency (ANIP), Aguinaldo Jaime, on Thursday here expressed his optimis about the future of the Angolan economy, considering the country as a safe alternative for investments, ANGOP has learnt.
Speaking in a seminar under a conference dubbed “Portugal-Exportador”, held in Lisbon, Aguinaldo Jaime said he is satisfied at the fact that investments in Angola are already being made outside Luanda, with highlight to Benguela, Bengo, Malanje, Cabinda, Huambo and
Huila provinces.
According to him, Malanje Province got 26 investment projects, against 14 of Luanda, an important sign of the growth and development of Angola, that can provide jobs for the population.
With regard to private investment, Aguinaldo Jaime denied accusations of exaggerated optimism, adding that it is motivated by the influence of investments that keep growing.
