Luanda – The volume of business between Angola and the Czech Republic is estimated at more than one million Euros per year.
This was said Friday in Luanda by the Czech ambassador to Angola, Vladimír Války.
Speaking to Angop, the ambassador said that much of the amount comes from investments made by his country in Angola to develop such sectors as agriculture and education.
He said the investments were made mainly in the provinces of Bie as, he added, it is one of the regions of the country that suffered most the effect of the war.
The diplomat said that many training centres have been created in the remote localities of the province.
Vladimír Války also mentioned that the Czech Government established an agriculture training centre that will contribute to the country’s development.
The diplomat added that he has invited Czech businessmen to invest in Angola in areas like industry which is highly developed in his country and much required for development.
