Luanda - The lecturer at Portugal’s National Institute of Administration, Jorge Abreu Simões, on Monday in Luanda said that the state in partnership with the private sector can bring about new ways of getting income that will contribute to the country's development, ANGOP has learnt.
Jorge Simões, who said so during a seminar on public-private partnership, highlighted the fact that Angola is a country that is facing some changes and the challenges of the future.
"There is in Angola a great efforts towards public investments, an important factor that will help accelerate the development in the coming times", said Jorge Simões.
In his opinion, public-private partnership represents a new tool of public intervention, turned to the development of infrastructures and modernisation of public services.
