New oil well discovered at block 31

             
Luanda - Angola's state-owned oil company Sonangol and BP have discovered a well named "Tebe-1”, at block 31 in deep waters on the Angolan offshore, a press note delivered to ANGOP says.


According to the document, this is the ninth discovery of BP on  block 31 and it is located on the southern side of the mentioned block, 350 kilometres off Luanda City and 12 kilometres south of Hebe field. 


The results of the tests held on this well say that it might produce about 5,000 barrels per day.
