Luanda- A group of thirty busnessmen from Argentina will attend a seminar on "Business Opportunities" from sept 27 to 29, in Luanda, the argentine ambassador to Angola, Ricardo Victor Roggero, disclosed today.
Addressing a press conference, mr Roggero stated that his country's business mission is to be headed by the argentine sub-commissar for foreign affairs, Luis Maria Kreckler, adding that the delegation is to be made up by businessmen from different areas such as foodstuffs, medicines, human health, animal sanitation, metalurgical and electrical tools, agriculture machinery, textiles and chemicals and a member of the Bank of Argentina.
From the angolan side the seminar will be attended by representatives of the National Agency for Private Investment (ANIP), the Industry and Trade Chamber and of the Angola Industrial Association.
According to the diplomat the trade between the two countries has been increasing since 2002 with argentine exports to Angola of foodstuffs, farming by-products and oil industry equipments.
Mr Roggero stressed that the seminar will incite business people in the implementation of the executive program of the angolan industry sector with the creation of industrial poles in different regions of the country taking advantage of the tillage program of four million acres by 2003.
