Luanda – Angolan National Institute of Coffee (Inca) said that the country can reach, in five years, satisfied level of palm oil production, to avoid importing this product estimated at 3,000 tones litres/year.
It was announced this Monday, in Luanda, by the general director of INCA, João Ferreira da Costa, who was speaking to Angop, adding that the institution plans to restore and increase palm oil production, supplying work materials to family agriculture firms, among others.
This action, he said, is included in a programme to produce coffee and palm oil under government socio-economic projects, in the framework of the National Plan and Executive Program of Agriculture Sector.
