Luanda – The new chairman of the Angolan Gymnastics Federation (FAG), Auxilio Jacob, who was elected last April 03, said last Tuesday in Luanda that his board will work hard to spread this sport in the country.
The sports official, who was speaking during his swearing in ceremony held at Luanda’s Casa 70 show promoting hall, said that the federation will create the technical and organisational conditions for gymnastics to be practiced regularly at schools.
“Practicing gymnastics is an indispensable factor for the development of a society, this is why we will try to expand it countrywide”, he underlined.
Auxílio Jacob also guaranteed the holding of trainings for physical education teachers and other agents in order to expand and take the sport to international levels.
