Roller hockey World Cup released in Europe

Luanda – The 41st World Cup of Roller Hockey in senior male, to be played in Angola in September 2013, will be released during the European championship taking place in Portugal, announced Wednesday the vice president of the Angolan Skating Federation (FAP) Pedro Azevedo.

Speaking to ANGOP, he said that the idea is to equip the seven participating teams with more information about Angola, especially the cities of Luanda and Namibe, headquarters of world competition.

Concerning the absence of the mascot and logo of competition, Pedro Azevedo, said that the “stand” can find scarves, sweaters, flags and manuals with information of Angolan gastronomy and hotel network in the country.

He said that this is the best opportunity to show what we do in Angola for the world, for the seven teams of Europe (Portugal, France, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Spain and England) that will be at the event in 2013.
