Huambo – The vice-president of the Angolan Roller Skate Federation (FAP), Damásio dos Santos Júnior, said this Tuesday in the central Huambo province that Osvaldo Serra Van-Dúnen pavilion is ready to host on 15-19 August the 11th edition of the international hockey tournament dubbed “Zé Dú cup”.

 


Speaking to Angop, the official said that the infrastructure was rehabilitated in last two months, so as to provide a desirable environment for teams during the competition.

 

 
He said Osvaldo Serra Van-Dúnen pavilion has the capacity to seat 2.670 spectators and it was built in 2006.

 


Angop learnt that the tournament is part of the celebrations of 70th birthday of the President of the Republic, José Eduardo dos Santos.

 

 

The competition will also count on the participation of Chile, Colombia, Germany, Brazil and Mozambique.

 


The tournament is organised annually by the Angolan Roller Skate Federation (FAP).
