Four handball players in Olympics Top 20 list

Luanda – The Angolans Azenaide Carlos, Marcelina Kiala, Nair Almeida and Isabel Guialo are the Angolan female handball team players that made it to the list of 20 best scorers of the sports in the London Olympic Games.

 


Azenaide is in the seventh place with 26 goals, while Marcelina Kiala comes in the 13th position with 21 goals.

 


Angolan Nair Almeida is in the 17th position with 20 goals, while Isabel Guialo is in the 26th position with 19 goals.

 


The African champions ended the handball tournament in 10th position, ahead of Sweden and Great Britain.

 


During the Olympic Games, Angola only won a match against Great Britain (31-25) and lost four.
