Benguela - The former captain of national soccer team Pedro Garcia said Thursday in southern Benguela province that he was optimistic about the start of a new stage for the National team "Palancas Negras", ahead of a friendly on 15 August with Mozambique in "Ombaka" Stadium, in Benguela.
Pedro Garcia, who is also a director of Youth and Sports in Benguela expressed hope of successful start for the players in the era of the new national team’s coach the Uruguayan, Gustavo Ferrin, falling in FIFA date.
The national team focus on qualifying play offs for the African Cup of Nations (CAN2013), in South Africa, starting on September.
