Luanda – The Angolan swimmer Mariana Henriques was eliminated in the preliminary round of the 50 metres swimming freestyle stroke, at the London Olympic Games, by occupying the last position of heat 4 with 31.36 seconds.
The heat was won by Malawian Tafatatha Joyce, aged 14, with 27.74 seconds.
With this elimination, the Angolan representative ends her participation in the London Olympic Games.
