Sports among government's priorities

Luanda - The Angolan government has demonstrated the sport is a national priority, having proved it with the mobilisation of resources for construction and rehabilitation of sports facilities in recent years, said Friday the chairperson of the board of the directors of institute for the public enterprise sector.


Henda Inglês was speaking in Luanda at the opening of the workshop on management and maintenance of infrastructure and sports facilities, taking place in the National Assembly, representing the minister of Economy, Abraão Gourgel.


Speaking to an audience comprising sports coaches, experts, leaders and former practitioners, Henda Inglês stressed that the returns of such investment will only be possible with proper management, from initial project design to construction and operation of infrastructure.
