New national football coach in Luanda

Luanda – The new head coach of the national senior males football team, Uruguayan Gustavo Ferrín, arrived in Luanda and will be presented on Saturday to the press.

This was said to Angop on Thursday by FAF’s vice president for international affairs, João Lusevikueno.

Aged 53, Gustavo Ferrín signed a two-year contract with the Angolan Football Federation (FAF).

The first big test for the Uruguayan coach will be the match with Zimbabwe next September, in Harare, for the last qualifying round for the African Nations Cup (CAN2013), to be hosted by South Africa.
