Women's team reinforces coaching staff for London2012

Luanda – Coach Dario Ribeiro of Petro de Luanda team is joining from now on  the coaching staff of the national senior women's basketball team that will represent the Angola at the 2012 London Olympics Games, slated for July 27- August 1, Angop learnt.

 

The need for an expert in the field was expressed by top coach Anibal Moreira in a letter he sent to the Angolan Basketball Federation (FAB).

 

The national team, which had only been assisted by Elisa Pire, is expected to conduct a training session in the second week.

 

The coach spoke to Angop the importance of having good athletes, with tactics, technique and discipline.
