Luanda – Twenty-five Kenyan athletes have confirmed their participation in the 57th edition of the traditional 10-kilometre yearend road race dubbed “Saint Sylvester 2012”, scheduled for December 31, in Luanda.

According to the director of the event, Adriano Nunes, who is also the vice chairman of the Angolan Athletics Federation, from the mentioned number 15 are male athletes and 10 are females.

Other countries, such as Ethiopia, Eritrea, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Portugal, Brazil and Spain, are still to confirm their presence, although they have registered athletes.
