Luanda - The coach of the senior males football squad of 1º de Agosto, Carlos Manuel, has said in Luanda that he is unavailable to continue managing the mentioned team for personal reasons.

A press communiqué signed the chairman of the club, Carlos Hendrick, explains that the Portuguese coach held a meeting with the 1º de Agosto Club board, at which he informed being unavailable to continuing managing the team, for personal reasons.

“In face of this, the board of 1º de Agosto decided to accept the personal reasons mentioned by coach Carlos Manuel and seize the occasion to manifest their recognition of the coach’s professional and responsible contribution to our glorious 1º de Agosto”, reads the document.

Carlos Manuel joined the 1º de Agosto technical team last year, in replacement of the Serbian Luibinco Drulovic.
