Luanda – The project of construction of a centre to accommodate former  athletes in Luanda’s Viana district is threatened with cancellation, following the closer of the “Norberto de Castro”  Sports and School Complex due to financial constraints.

This was said Saturday by the owner of sports complex, Norberto dos Santos, while speaking to the press about the closure of the school. According to him, the project is in its first stage of implementation.

The home is situated in Viana, on the complex land and would have a capacity to accommodate about fifty people, particularly former athletes who are deprived and homeless.
