Luanda – The Angolan Women Sports Association (AMUD) will present this year to the provincial governments a proposal for holding regular sport activities.

This was said to ANGOP on Saturday by AMUD’s chairwoman, Teresa Quarta.

Speaking on the sidelines of the athletics tournament and a walk that marked the end of  the celebrations of the activities in the ambit of the International Women’s Day, the chairwoman added that the objective is to hold actions countrywide, so as to contribute to the development of a healthy sportswoman, among others.

The official also talked about the work of AMUD that is holding for the expansion of sport in other provinces.

AMUD was founded in 2009 with the aim, among others, to contribute to the development of national sport, particularly  female sport.
