Angolan national men's football team in Cabinda province

Cabinda – The Angolan senior men’s football team is in  northern Cabinda province since Monday morning for a brief training programme, ahead of the first leg match against Madagascar, qualifying for the African Home-Based Players Cup of Nations (CHAN).

 

The match against Madagascar will be played on March 13, 2010 in Antananarivo, Madagascar.

 

After his arrival at the local airport, the main coach, José Amaral, said their presence in Cabinda province is aimed at having a contact with the synthetic turf of Mbuco Mabele stadium, in Buco-Zau district.

 

According to the agenda of the training programme which reached Angop, a training session to improve technical and tactical aspects is scheduled for  Monday at Chiazi stadium at 5 p.m on Monday.

 

On Tuesday, the national team will drive to  Buco-Zau district, to hold their first training session there and return to Cabinda city to continue with the second session of the day.

 

The Angolan squad will also play a friendly match against Futebol Clube de Cabinda at Mbuco Mabele stadium on Wednesday afternoon.

 

The team will travel to Madagáscar on Friday.
