Luanda – 1º de Agosto’s striker, the Zambian Danny, scored a precious goal in the overtime period and helped to avoid the dispute of the match in extra time, in Luanda’s Cidadela Stadium, last Sunday, thus contributing to his team’s conquest of the Angolan Football Super Cup.

Last Sunday’s match against Petro de Luanda, a second-leg encounter, ended with a 1-1 draw, to the advantage of 1º de Agosto who had won the first-leg game by 2-1.

 
Petro de Luanda were winning by the end of the first half after a goal scored by Job at 9 minutes.

Both teams will face each other again on 21 February 2010 for the first round of the national first division football championship, also dubbed “Girabola 2010”.
