Luanda – The defender of first division 1º de Agosto football team, Carlos Alonso “Kali”, said Sunday in Luanda that he aims at securing himself a place in the main line-up.

Speaking to Angop at the end of the super cup match between 1º de Agosto and Petro de Luanda his team won, Kali said that he is happy about how he was received by supporters of his new squad, having promised to do his best to please the fans.

Regarding the super cup trophy, Kali said that 1º de Agosto was a fair winner due to the result of the two matches in which 1º de Agosto conquered a 2-1 victory in the first leg, and a 1-1 draw in the second leg.
