The coach was speaking to the press at the end of a meeting between the technical team and the players, aimed at the presentation of the programme of preparation for the competition.
Paulo Pereira said he has a group of athletes highly motivated, adding he expects a great engagement during the preparation and the competition itself.
Meanwhile, the national team of handball will leave on November 18 for Spain for friendly games in Madrid with the teams of Japan, Slovenia and the host.
Angola is in group B of the world championship, along with Russia, Ukraine, Austria, Australia and Thailand, according to a draw held in Switzerland.
