1º de Agosto beat Petro de Luanda in super cup

 

Luanda – The senior males basketball team of 1º de Agosto won last Saturday evening their first trophy of the 2009/2010 season after beating Petro de Luanda by 108-102, in Wlademiro Romero super cup, in southern Huíla province.

 

The two teams were tied by 48 in the first half of the match that happened in Nossa Senhora do Monte pavilion.

 

The Super cup marks the opening of the basketball season.
